Ages eight and up work for most activities, though some have different minimums. We’ll match your group to the right program when you reach out.

Not at all. Our instructors start from the beginning and meet people where they are. First-timers and veterans learn together.

We have options for everyone. Observe, try something else, or take a different role. Nobody gets left on the sidelines.

Activities range from one to three hours. We include instruction, practice time, and breaks built in.

We supply the equipment. Bring water, sunscreen, and clothes ready for work. A full packing list comes with your booking.
